On Thursday, October 22, 2026, the Eating Disorders Foundation of Canada presents a benefit concert at the London Music Hall in support of The Harbour — a unique and innovative treatment program for young adults living with eating disorders.
Returning after a successful inaugural year, Light Up the Harbour brings together community leaders, businesses, healthcare professionals, music lovers and supporters for one unforgettable night.
More than a concert, the evening raises vital funds for The Harbour while building awareness of eating disorders and the importance of accessible treatment and recovery.
